My baby is only 5 weeks old... and I miss being pregnant already.... so many people are having their second child.. :(

Doctors are so great.. had a retained placenta at birth.. lost 1000 cc's because of it.. they did a manual removal instead of a D and C right away.. suffered through 2 weeks of hell, one in the hospital and one at home because of it.. finally did a D and C today and found pieces of placenta left.. ugh. 😖😳

Any mamas deal with post-partum swelling? Mine is so bad today :(

Giving birth was hard.. complications are hard.. but she is SO worth it. ♡

Induction tomorrow morning.. way to excited to sleep. ♡

Didn't sleep more than 3 hours last night.. Lost a big portion of my plug this morning and now having pains... Last day of being pregnant. Bittersweet. ♡ But SO excited to finally meet this little girl!

Induction scheduled for Monday! Was 3cm dialted, cervix was soft and mushy. I am measuring at 41 weeks and she is estimated to be 8 pounds... She did kind of a membrane sweep. SO excited to meet my little girl! ♡♡

After reading/researching extensively on GBS.. and elective c-section I think is best for me and baby. I am allergic to all meds they usually treat GBS with.. and there is less risk contracting GBS with a c-section. Any other mamas go through this?

Was going to the bathroom.. When I was done 2 more streams of liquid came out.. no clue if it was urine or my water...
