i had a lot of stitches too i just waited until i was done bleeding  (both kids)  and i waited until i wasnt sore from the stiches.

@emmajeremy2627, I ripped bad and in multiple spots. I had 9 stitches and I dont think they are 100% gone.

yes with my first i had a 2nd degree tear. i was done bleeding and I believe all my stitches had already fallen out.
