Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Do I ask for painkillers now or is it too early? Starting to become more and more painful 😣😐

Did you have your pp check up at 6 weeks? If so, your doctor should have lifted the pelvic rest which means it should be safe to use tampons and have sex again 😊
