Anyone else feel like this after c section. It's almost a mild case of flu like feeling no fever just achey

I feel like there's such a negative stigma that goes along with c sections in our society.
i seriously feel like im going to have a panic/anxiety attack when i get my c section 😭😭
What is it like to have a c-section? I was told by my doctor I would likely have one so I am kinda nervous.😯😯
