not pregnancy related, but I could just use some positive juju this morning. my husband is going to talk to a gentleman about a house, it's for rent and for sale both, but he's going to see if he will do a contract with us if we finish fixing it up (the upstairs still needs to be done, it was 2 apartments and they did the downstairs unit already). if we can get it, and we finish fixing it, we would own a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom house. if this doesn't work out there is another house right across the street (same gentleman owns both) and if it's the house I'm thinking of its huge and would be 500 a month (not sure about the inside however lol). we just need to find a place to move to after all the family drama
