lol this weather got me forgetting that im still bleeding..how can i swim lmaoo...thanks ladies tho!!!

I went swimming yesterday, I am 5 weeks post. I went for my check up today and dr didn't say anything. I haven't been bleeding for 3 weeks & everything feels normal. I had 5 stitches after the birth of my daughter. Today everything feels normal.

I was told not to submerge until after I was cleared at my 6wk appointment. After you're cleared, you're good to go! You have to be especially careful about pools because there are so many chemicals and bacteria in them!

Id say, when you stop bleeding. So if you're not bleeding anymore, go for it! U less you needed stitches and haven't had your 6 week checkup yet, then wait
