postpartum aches anyone else ?
My baby is 3 months and literally since hes been born ive had aches if not one day anither day.
Its freezing cold here in melb to and i got sinus infection which i had to take antibiotics during that time my right ear was blocking here and there. Then i got ear infection again had to take antibiotics.
Now it seems like my ear always feels blocked !!!!! And its cauing me a great deal of anxiety : ((((
Now in bed as i was trying to turn i felt as though i got stuck my right hip felt sore i had to get hubby to help me turn in bed. and it was hitting my lower right back and kind of tummy dull aches. I never sleep on my back and last night i did and woke yp very sore. The side on my right hip .
I been doc before and they made me do excerises and saod i must of pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve but it feels like its come back.
It feels like everydsy is another struggle.
Anyone else feeling aches more so after birth. ??

oh cool , maybe inshould consider this in all honesty. its comes and goes .. if ota notnone thing its somthing else seriously .
my ear is strssing me out bigtime. how csn someone get a blocked ear almost everyday
Yes I was in a lot of pain, aching shoulders, back, hips. Particularly my whole left side. I've been seeing a chiro for the last 2 months and now that I think of it I don't have the pain anymore.
Yeah, could be worth trying, they said I was pretty out of sorts when I first went.each time I go I feel better. Unfortunately carrying a baby around all day and breastfeeding sends me body out but overall I definitely don't ache like I used to.
