Nope, getting in the shower now and then doing it!! My friend took 2 vaginally and 2 by mouth and went into labor that night. I'm only gonna do 1 vaginally and 2 orally. @forevablessedx6

hmmm not sure about more than 1... but it dissolves over night.. which is y i chose to do it at night before bed so when i wake up itll be disolved.. u do leak alot thruout the night.. and maybe some whennu first wake up.. but its better than leaking thru out the day.. lol

i use to put 1 in every night.. n wear a pad.. it never worked for me tho.

yes it's still safe. They help soften everything. just insert them until you feel your cervix (if possible) I had lots of scaring from previous deliveries so they had me start at 36 weeks. my daughter was born 37w5d
