so the breastmilk i thawed out had chunky like fat in it when i poured into the bottle, i tried to swirl it around but it never seemed to mix back together. . why is that?

Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

it's does look nasty but is perfectly safe. it's just the fat separation.

next time stop at a store..and ask for a cup of hot water.. and just set it in the cup for a few minutes

@mommybug, but we were out for the fourth of july so i had no way to warm it. i ended up not using it because it looked gross i thought something was wrong with it

it was still a little cold.

was it complety defrosted? happened to me and i taate it.. was still cold.. put it in hot water a few mins longer and it mixed together
