Ditto above! On average it takes 1 hr to metabolize one drink if that helps.

A good rule of thumb is if you can drive, you can breastfeed!

Theres alcohol strips! To be on the safe side lol!! You would pump then put the strip in and it can tell you if milk is good to drink or if you have to dump
