I have been craving Diet Coke. Is it safe if I have a can or bottle? Heard it's worse for you than regular coke.

You can have a certain amount of soda within a certain time period. Just drink water with it!

As long as you don't go overboard then you're fine! A bottle should be fine. 😄

It's worse for you in general in terms of the chemicals from the artificial sweeteners, but realistically it's not any worse for the baby than regular coke.

Every now and then I'll have a bottle of coke cause I just crave coke sometimes lol
