girl I crave dr pepper, if I don't drink enough I get a headache, it's like my body needs the caffeine lol they told me as long as I drink the same amount in water to cancel it out then it's fine, so on top of what I should be drinking in water already, if I have a small can which is like 8 oz I just have to drink an extra 8 oz of water to cancel it out 😒 I really don't like water...

@wrd2016, lol ugh I love Dr Pepper too! I have to have some type of flavor it's kinda hard for me to drink water too! Lol but my mom is always telling me and reminding me to drink at least two bottles lol just my cravings for soda has just gotten so bad I wanna wake up and drink one everyday which I've been doing ☹️

well don't feel bad! bc I hate water! lmao my mom is a water junky and is always on my ass to drink more water, like I don't even wanna drink any lol it's just so plain 😒 I have a couple dr peppers a day and just make myself drink the same amount in water. my doctor told me to try drinking Gatorade or vitamin water too. so at least there's some flavor there. but I really get a headache if I don't drink some dr pepper.

I crave root beer!!! But it's caffeine free lol but me and my sister are Pepsi addicts . She was over yesterday and we drank almost a liter of it but just sitting and talking 😱

yes! i still surprise myself when I go out of my way to get a soda :/ my husband wants to buy a 12 pack so I don't keep crying about wanting one but I know I'll drain those so quick if we stated getting the packs 😂

try getting these ladies, they're only 7.5 oz, last month I was going through a 12 pack of the regular size cans in a couple days, lol it was bad! but these helped me slow down alot, now I have one or two of these a day, @mommaz and I don't waste as much lol

If I don't drink soda my sugar bottoms out. But I'm hypoglycemic so I crave the sugar lol
