I've only been breast feeding for a week and I love it, but I think I'm over producing milk already and I don't know what to do, I accidentally over fed my little boy twice yesterday:( any suggestions???
take breaks while you feed him. burp him & make sure he sits up straight for 15 minutes after you feed him. it sounds like reflux to me. it is impossible to over feed baby on the breast. if you bottle feed it can be possible. if the problem continues talk to your doctor it usually goes away by 2 months but if it's really bothering him the doctor can prescribe zantac for it.
But I think I figured out what the issue is, he eats really fast and has a lot of air bubbles, so halfway through I've been burping him and he hasn't thrown up and has kept everything down thankfully:)
Well each time he's thrown up its been projectile and it's quite a bit. @verobaby
@oliesmommy2316, my daughter spits up almost every time what I try to do is Burp her during it and give her a little break then let her go back
him throwing up his probably from reflux. all babies have it. it's spit up. if a baby throws up it's a lot more & almost shoots out.

Every time I feed him on my right side which for some reason is more full than my left he throws it all up right after eating. It happened twice yesterday and then this morning too.
1. you can't over feed.. 2. pump it out. breastfed babies get exactly what they need, you don't do too little or too much.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I heard the government shutdown is over is it true ?
I can't stand to see a baby on the bare couch its nasty, put a blanket down 1st!!
Ok vent over 😂
glad people can help. my son never had an issue with spitting up til he started drinking formula. so being breastfed for the first 2 2months, no spit up. calm and happy baby. :)
