Ladies who have preeclampsia: did you get the pain under your right ribs? And if so what did it feel like? I am in so much pain but when I tried to bring it up to my doctor today she brushed it off like it was just the baby but it just feels like more.

@liveitwithlove, same here. I feel a lot better knowing that everything looks good in my blood and urine.... Now to just get over all of the anxiety I've been having.
@katarama, that is exactly how mine feels. @lil_bigmama, @liveitwithlove they took my blood pressure several times and it was very consistent and not high. Took my blood and found nothing so they sent me home and they're saying it probably is just the baby pushing... A little frustrated but everything looks good, so that's good. Headed home now
What does your rib pain feel like? Mine feels mostly like it's bruised and it's tender to the touch, sometimes it feels like it's burning.

What @lil_bigmama said. I almost had a stroke. Google it, but don't scare yourself. Go to L&D like she said. Pre-eclampsia is not joke. Plus you had protein in your urine already!
if ur having pain it could be ur liver swelling which is hellp syndrome I had it go to l&d now
@liveitwithlove, what did the pain feel like to you? I had a lot of pressure on my right ribs for probably the last 10 weeks or so and I figured it was just the baby... But now for the last few days it's been like a deep rooted burning pain accompanied by itching and tenderness. Also, what is HELLP?
I didn't realize it was a symptom until I brought it up to my doctor at my appointment Monday... I had protein in my urine, along with headaches and the pain in my right ribs so she ordered a 24 hour urine test and I had to get my blood drawn and come back today... Well I go to a practice so I saw a different doctor and she didn't seem concerned at all... Which is only annoying because the results from my blood and urine aren't back yet. But I would definitely mention it to your doctor. If your blood pressure isn't high and you don't have protein in your urine then it's probably nothing to worry about.
I had the pain. I was also vomiting and had headaches. I ended up with HELLP syndrome because my doctor didn't take me seriously.
I haven't been diagnosed with pre-eclampsia but I do have that pain in my ribs on my right side. I thought it was just baby but it really can't be anymore because her feet are in my side now and not in my ribs. I have been worried tho because I've had a lot of problems with dizziness and blurred vision.
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

How do you all feel about your SO/hubby going to the strip club? I honestly have jealousy issues and I dont approve of it for my SO, as he already doesn't like too go. But i feel like if he wants to see women stripping on poles, I can be his own personal stripper. Lol ? I am just curious to see what others feel and think!
