How much Tylenol do you ladies give your 10 month olds? On the bottle it says under two to ask dr for dosage so i called and she was super rude to me. She said to give 3.5 I said ok will on the syringe it came with it says 2.5 or 3.75 there isn't a 3.5 (I was not being rude just trying to figure it out) she said well you have to give 3.5....ugh!!!! I do not like dealing with doctor offices..

its by weight... i give my son 5ml... hes 27 lbs ... when he was under 24 lbs i just have him 2.5 1/2 of 5... if the dr told you 3.5 then give her 3.5 (slightly above the 2.5 line)

@adaraa126, @b3autifulm3ss I just feel like they said 3.5 so it's only .25 more I don't understand lol.
2.5 shes a light one or even 2
hmm thats a tricky one. Why dont you try calling a pharmacist? i had to do that once because my dr.s office was no help
