Almond milk or raw almonds, Brewers yeast, flax seed, fennel tea (or mothers milk tea), oats, power pumping

stay hydrated. latch baby as much as possible & pump in between feedings. it takes a few days but it works the best

okay, I'm going to try all of this because I'm desperate and want to go back to breastfeeding because it was best for my daughter @halibug @rebecca4687 @smileyourprecious2016 @addysmomma47

flax seed in my oatmeal worked for me.

i have friends that ate flax seed and were producing so much they would have to pump and nurse at the same time

Try lactation cookies or mothers milk tea

I took fenugreek and power pumped for a few days and it worked! pump for 20 min rest for 10 pump for 10 rest for 10 pump for 10! also drink water while pumping and feeding! and as much as you can during the day
