Feeling discouraged about breastfeeding. I was forced to give my baby formula and pumped milk to help her with her jaundice but now all she wants is the bottle. I can have milk dripping from my breasts and she still doesn't want it. I'm so sad because that's the main way I planned to feed her but now it's not an option and I don't know what to do to get her to latch.
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
FTM problems... So I've made it pretty clear that I want to buy my daughter her fist Halloween costume. Her babysitter/nanny keeps saying she wanted to make her one. I told her yesterday that I wanted to find her something that my SO and I could dress up as a family. So I told her I am going to get it. She just text me and said 'not trying to step on your toes but I bought her two costumes'. She does this all the time. Anytime I want to do the "first" things with her she immediately does it. It's making me sad. Like I wish I could quit my job and be home with her.
I just absolutely love some women on here! Some woman wants to write on another women's post telling her she shouldn't be having sex at all in the beginning of pregnancy. I didn't know she was her doctor. Then she wants to tell me that the first trimester is only 1-9 weeks pregnant. And she lost her baby at 4 weeks pregnant due to sex. Like sweetie that's your period starting!
Will your Mom be in the delivery room? My mom made it sound like she was gonna be in the delivery room when I give birth, and quite frankly, I would just like it to be me and my fiancé. It's our first, and I want to share that special moment with just him. I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I know this is something she would really like to be a part of. So I feel bad telling her no.

@haniyyah90, dont give up it took about 2 1/2 months for my little guy to latch and start nursing

@yungbae, thanks I tried that. I even put drops of my milk in it so she would instantly get it and it still didn't work.

@babyblksher2016, thanks I'm trying. Everything I read said just be patient with her and keep trying but it's hard after multiple refusals. I'll hang in there though.

Keep trying. When you do need to offer a bottle, try a preemie nipple. It makes the milk harder to get out just like the breast. Some babies get lazy after a bottle because it's easier to get the milk
