I would def look into a job that can help you vs doing it alone since you'd probably have to pay yourself vs them paying.

normally you have to take a class, it depends where you live. I took a CNA class that was 8 weeks I believe. & then you take the state board test at the end to get a job as a CNA BUT you can get a job that will help you get your CNA instead of taking a class on your own
