don't wear undewire, ever. they decrease your supply and cause clogged ducts.

if you need more support buy the ones with the under wire then cut them out.

nursing bras or nursing tanks is all I wear. I've read underwire can affect your supply.

I love my nursing bras, there's no wires but there is padding so I feel support. From target!

I hate the nursing bra I have. My boobs fall out when I bend over 🙄.

I have nursing bras without wire ii think ii got them at Walmart nd ii love them so easy and no annoying or painful wires if ii can remember where ii got them ii will let you know
