A burst of energy is a sign of coming labor! The rule is to SAVE that energy! Don't wear it all out before you have to push & push(:

I never had the nesting feeling with my other pregnancies I've been cleaning like crazy and I've been cramping in lower back etc. it came over me out of nowhere like an instant headrush lol @amaperalta03 @jennatess
