Pump and nurse as often as you can! I feel that way when I wake up sometimes because they fill so quick when she doesn't wake up to nurse through the night!

My baby girl was the same way! It's normal. I had to pump as soon as we got home from the hospital because I made so much.

Yeah this woman told me the Spanish people they know if they live in their poor country they know what to do and that's what she told me when I pumped for my daughter cuz she was in the hospital

@jodymelgar yeah that's what í was wondering if í put a cold press on, it would make my milk flow slower

You can pump it but first take a hot shower and have your boobs be under the water it will help your milk come out easy when you pump

Definitely pump and store. If possible a deep freezer specifically for pumped milk is awesome to have. My sister did that. Or if you're comfortable with the idea of donating it to babies in the nicu or babies who need it outside of the hospital that's always an option as well. Maybe try a cool shower for the heat? I wasn't able to breast feed long so I have no idea what makes that better 😕

When my baby was real little I had to undress him to make him 'uncomfortable' and to wake him up so he would eat until he wasn't hungry anymore. Try doing that! And when he starts to doze off, rub his shoulder so he keeps eating! They say to try to avoid pumping for the first couple weeks so your body can get into a pattern with milk production

@almiita, you can get a bag of ice and wrap it in a cloth and put it on them. they even sell little gel pads you can buy that are specifically made to be frozen and put in your bra to help with pain and swelling

Have you tried pumping? They're probably just too much milk so they need to be drained! Lol
