Need help with expressing- I've just managed to express my first load my boobs were so full and little man was sleeping but I don't wanna throw it away so I've sterilised a bottle and chucked it in fridge 1) how long can I store if for in there and does it stay in fridge? 2) do I reheat it 3) will it affect my next load when he needs a feed or can I add on after he finishes the bottle

Breast milk can stay in fridge for 3 days, you can warm in up and it shouldn't affect your supply for feeding him now... You will produce it as he is sucking... Remember the more you pump, the more you will fill up so you'll be increasing your supply anyways xx

Once he drinks from the bottle it needs to be discarded pretty soon after. And like Jodie said , expressing should only be for comfort ATM not actually expressing until 6 weeks as your telling your body to make more - which won't be comfortable xx
