Anyone have this happen to them before ? I'm 30 weeks pregnant with twins ... 
I woke up the night before last with like 3 tiny spots of blood in my panties . Didn't have any more blood the rest of the day . Night time came around again and I'm spotting again . Been up all night with diarrhea and stomach aches . Anyone have this before ?

A lot can chamge in 2 weeks. Especially since you're expecting twins labor is more likely to start early (which I'm sure you knew lol). Good thing you have an appt today. Good luck

@arivera64, I go in today to get my cervix checked again . However two weeks ago it was 3cm long still .
