Having a negative RH
When looking up online with a incomplete miscarriage ifyou have a negative blood type you need a shot of winrho or something? Did anyone with a negative blood type have to have such a thing? I'm O- and paranoid if I need to or not before I try again after I complete miscarrying first.
You need it in 72 of starting a micarry? If so should I take it tommrow (Sunday) then have the shot Monday?
Thanks everyone I still haven't miscarried yet I'm taking misoprostol but been waiting after I moved today they had to send me for blood work to prove my blood type then I get the shot but idk when I should start that pill since its weekend here tomorrow and I would need the shot in 72 hours of bleeding?
My gut is telling me I didn't have enough antibodies in me and my body attacked it :/ cuz everything else was normal
Can you miscarry if you don't? I keep questioning cuz my first pregnancy was fine and I had the shot I think when I was halfway or little over halfway pregnant with my first but didn't get a shot after giving birth.
has anyone heard about having to have a shot because of your blood type?!? a friend told me she was O- (negative) and had to have a shot mid way through pregnancy because if she didn't her blood would fight off the babies blood like it was an infection or disease. I don't know what my blood type is but if it's anything negative like she said I'm going to be asking the doctor!! that's crazy to me!
who else got O- negative blood type ??
I was told I didn't have to get the Rhogam shot because I have A+ blood. In school I have learned that if I have negative blood and the baby has positive that there would be a higher risk for miscarriage and even not being able to get pregnant with a second child after the first and not getting that shot. How does it work with me having positive blood instead of negative and not knowing what type my son is since his dad doesn't know his blood type?
Any mommas with 0+ blood type?
My first didn't have jaundice and she has her fathers blood type A+
Thank you everyone the doctor at the maternity clinic told me to come in today to have it done for a precaution :)
