Is the Tdap shot supposed to be so sore afterwords? I got my shot 3 days ago and my arm is absolutely killing me. And there's a bump :/ Is this normal?

My friend just told me that once you have your baby they get a hepatitis b shot and flu shot automatically. I don't know how I feel about the flu shot.🤔
My doctor also recommended me getting the flu shot while pregnant ? I'm not sure if I want to or if i should ? It's all scary to me !! What do you ladies think ? Did you get the flu shot while pregnant ? Are there any risks? Or should I wait ? I'm so scared of taking anything while pregnant , much less getting this shot.. He said it isn't mandatory , just recommended.

I wasn't either @emkasting but anytime I get a shot I make sure not to tense up at all... Because when I tense up is when they hurt days later

I wasn't sore afterwards but I was surprised that I wasn't because my doc told me to expect to be!
