mine are like that. has she been checked for PCOS? mine get really severe when I have a cyst rupture. I can't hardly move and have to stay curled up to try to relieve any kind of pain. she may have a severe type of PMS I can't remember what it's called. I feel for her. I really do.
it depends honestly I've used them before and walking a lot it sounds weird but it works. I have bad cramps like her tell her take a warm/hot bath I know it sounds nasty but it helps

staying active helps. heat like hot shower or heating pad. don't wear tampons. take alieve. not really much to help with the pain unfortunately
