I have been told by a few people that I shouldn't get a massage while in the second or third trimester? Has anyone else heard this? I'm going away next week and was looking forward to a complimentary massage at the hotel lol 😭

Ohh okay, I went to Bali while pregnant and got foot massages, I asked the spa we were at if they did pregnancy massage but they didn't. Yeah I guess you want a trained professional and just check if they do pregnancy massage if you do.

Apparently there are some certain pressure points in your feet and other body parts. I'm not 100% sure. Since I'm going to Bali I don't think they will be like trained professionals haha
