Any moms here that are breastfeeding and smoke cigarettes? If so, how long until you feed your baby? Or do you pump and dump? I just smoked two cigarettes like half an hour ago and I'm wondering. I have some breast i saved so I'll be giving her that but I want to know when it's "safe" or better. I tried looking it up but didn't answer my question.
