I can't stop smoking cigarettes every time I get the chance I buy some...,any time....I smoke like 10 right after the other...and I want to stop but I'm so so addicted...,idk what to do. :(

@mommyslittleman, no ma'am I'm not, my family have a history of miscarriages even though my doctor told me he would rather me vape than smoke cigarettes that the only thing is they don't know what the pg&vg; could do to the baby (which you use in cooking so in my opinion I doubt it would do much but I'm no doctor) but I don't chance it. I will go back after my pregnancy I still crave my vapor.
@samikate97, the ecigs are tricky you have to have the right set up for you to get the good hit you need plus you need to be put on the right nicotine strength also! When I first started mine was 4 years ago and it took me a year to find the right set up for me and nicotine strength now I have my own shop. If you end up wanting to try to get into it again I'll help you find a good set up near you! And I could even send you out some samples of our juice , we have over 300 flavors 😊
@samikate97, try to get in to see your doctor there are pills that can help you quit. if your serious about TTC you need to quit and stay off for atleast 3 months or more to know you can do it. don't want to start back up with baby on board because quiting cold Turkey can harm the baby and you if you do it that way.
go to your doctor there are medications to help. they sucks but they can help. also try to replace it with something gum mints sunflower seeds I know it's not the same but you gotta try if you want to concieve or if you already have
try vaping you can control it more and not as bad for you
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I used my vapor to quit took some time though there are other chemicals in cigs that your body its dependant on besides nicotine so I integrated my vape with cigarettes, kept a pack around for when I just needed one (like right after dinner, or really irritated ) and eventually vaping just took over n I don't even think about cigarettes anymore and I can breath so much better and I cab smell and taste things I forgot all about!
