could just be your body making changes or maybe an infection... yeast or something. very common. sex hurts me most the time while I'm pregnant just because of extra pressure and all

@mylittlemonkey13, just body changing then.. I assumed it was infection for me and they ruled it out also, I hope it changes for you... I'm 34 weeks and can not have sex still. it sucks, I try too but end up stopping and crying most of the time lol. makes me feel bad because it's pretty excruciating and although my husband doesn't get mad or upset I think he may think I'm a little crazy :)

For me it's because I'm afraid he will hurt me or the baby. After 4 miscarriages, my vagina is basically off limits to my hubby. I know it's all in my head, but now is not a time for me to enjoy sex.

There's so much extra blood flowing that it can make everything extra sensitive. Idk exactly why else but I do know how that is. during my first and 2nd trimester sex was really painful, it felt like he was hitting my bladder repeatedly and I was so uncomfortable! thankfully it's gotten better the last few weeks. Just be patient, try extra lubrication or a different position. It might help a bit.
