Tech said my boy has a TON of hair and my heartburn is so bad I have to take Zantac twice daily. I know it's not true for everyone, but it definitely is for me.

Let me tell you. They tried the sandpaper like thing to get me to dilate. I did but not much. So then they ripped my water. Not much happened. So they gave me medicine to start contractions so I can dilate more. I stayed at 5. Once they saw I wasn't dilating with anything they went for the csection. I was in labor from June 3rd until the 6th when I had her. I had the epi put in early as well so I didn't feel contractions painful at all. Just period like cramps. I wanted a csection because just seem easier and boiiiiiiii let me tell you! It's not bad lol you just literally feel like you got run over by a truck, you'll be in pain when you cough, when you move your legs, getting up from bed, sitting on the toilet. But well I had that thing in my bladder for the pee cause I was on some other medication to lower my BP and that would make me have hot flashes badly! I was dying while everyone was freezing lol. Over all tbh it's not as bad as many make it seem but it is very painful. Lucky me it's healing nice. It's not red nor infected. Just in a lot of pain the first few days. As the days go by the pain gets better and you can start doing things on your own again. I can finally wipe myself somewhat lol before I was just tooooo swollen I had to have my sister or mother clean me when I peed. Getting up from bed isn't so easy still but day by day I'm getting stronger to do it on my own. If for whatever reason you can't do vaginal it's okay! Have someone help you and just be patient. It does get better day by day. I thought I was going to be like I was on the first day forever but it's day 5 and I'm not uncomfortable as I was yesterday. Besides you'll have pain medication that will do you wonders. Once I pop that pill I love around sooo much better lol. Good luck! @jessicarose0602

I've never had this issue with heartburn until I got pregnant so hopefully no more issues once my daughter comes. @ebay3

I haven't tried anything either. mine wakes me up at night plum up in my throat and can't hardly breath. so I'll be glad when she gets here.

I'll be 37 weeks tomorrow and when I went to my doctor appointment thursday they said they were gonna 'drop a ball' on us. due to high blood pressure and hypertension they are inducing me on Wednesday. they are doing the cervical ripening on Tuesday night so I hope it has some effect. you had a c section right? how's the healing process been? God forbid if nothing works for me and I don't progress I wanna know what I'm in for. 😳😳 @kamilasmama

Oh awesome! Didn't know. & yes preeclampsia & I developed diabetes. But it was more because of preeclampsia. She's healthy though. Had to be under phototherapy for couple days but other than that she's perfectly healthy 😊 how early for you? @jessicarose0602

exactly how I feel with my daughter. Half the time I can't sleep just because of the horrible heartburn I have. I never take anything for it but maybe I should have tried? @ebay3

I would think even if it's blonde that you'd still be able to see it on an ultrasound

one of my friends did!! @kamilasmama Haha it was so neat to see the ultrasound photo. had arrows pointing showing where her little girls hair was floating around in there. ☺ I remember your post showing you were having her early? was it due to complications? my daughter is coming next week due to hypertension.

Thank you 😊 & no I didn't make it to my ultrasound appointment I had her at 35 weeks 4 days and I was getting one at 36 weeks lol but I doubt you can see hair in a ultrasound picture lol. If soooo, that's awesome . @jessicarose0602

aww beautiful full head of hair. 😍😍 @kamilasmama did you have a late ultrasound and if so did it show up on there? I think that's a hit or miss too sometimes.

@ebay3 ugh I wish I could say I had no heartburn my entire pregnancy. feels like it's been radiating from my kneecaps, no joke. 😒

that's how it is with me too but seems like my heartburn gets so horrible that it causes me to puke at times. 😳 @lizibear84 I'm curious who our daughter will take after too but if there's no hair on her head, that's what headbands are for. 😂😂

@jessicarose0602, I went from morning sickness to heartburn..... so bad.... It's amazing to see the little spikes on his scans! I was born head to tow covered in hair, and hubby was blonde and almost bald, so I'm curious to see who he takes after

mine to and she's got hair thankfully lol my son was a bald as he could be not a hair in sight on his head and I had no heartburn the whole pregnancy lol

never had heartburn with my first and he was bald as everything and with this one I have had heartburn everyday since I started my 2nd trimester and she has hair on the ultrasounds.

My heartburn has been unreal and my little guy has hair showing on his scans

My ultrasounds never showed hair, but I had heartburn like crazy the 2nd and 3rd trimester. Had my little girl and POW. Fullest head of hair. Kept poking through her hat and everything 😂

It's proven that the two have a connection, but it's about 85% of time time
