Last week I found out my mum is going to have surgery on her leg to fix some nerve damage from a fall. She will not be able to use her leg for 7 weeks. So I text my sister letting her know that I was going to start planning my own baby shower since mum can't. She said I had nothing to worry about and she got it covered. She text me the beginning of the week asking what type of theme we were going with and I let her know. The day before last my husband gets an alert on his phone and says, "oh so I guess we are having a baby shower on July 10th at ya mama's" followed by, "oh shit I should of read the whole thing where it says don't tell Kerri it's a surprise". 😂😂 Men. I ain't even mad though cause now I know how to dress that day. But it is going to drive me crazy not wanting to do or say anything so I don't upset my poor sister who is putting everything together.
