For those who wanted/like to workout... When did y'all start back after birth? I know you have to give your body time before doing really intense stuff but I really want to get back to at least doing Pilates. I'm feeling pretty good but I don't want to start then mess up my recovery time. I'm dying to work out I miss it so much 😭 I feel like crap and lazy for a mom 😅
I waited 9 weeks. Wanted to 6 weeks but I got my birth control put in & I was cramping like a mofo!
I'm about to start running again. the only thing stopping me was a hurting vagina but I was out at the mall for hours and it didn't hurt so I'm starting up hopefully tomorrow
@pilypilypily, ahh ok. I was insanely active before pregnancy but during pregnancy I didn't do as much. I'll try a little here and there and try to increase it that way as comfortable as I can. Thanks!
It really depends on how you feel and how active you were before/during pregnancy. The doctor's official time is at least 6 weeks PP. If you were not too active before baby I would wait 2 months PP at the least. I started 3mths PP, and I had a C section
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

I waited 5 weeks with my near-2 y/o and 3 weeks with my 8 month old. But I worked out 6 days a week with pretty rigorous programs up until the day I delivered, and I had 2 very easy, vaginal deliveries and stopped bleeding very quickly. That said, I didn't go crazy, because typically you're to wait 6 weeks...I did the Active Maternity postnatal workouts with Autumn Calabrese and then I did some PiYo...Before diving headstrong into Insanity.
