Best way to take my baby's temperature?

I have a thermometer that is a pacifier and it's a life saver!! Works great!

The only part that goes in is the little half inch of the thermometer that's all you don't need lubricant they don't feel it unless you go in more than you suppose too. I do both but armpit doesn't seem so accurate one because it's always 97-98 and two because my baby moves a lot so it doesn't catch the accurate temp. It's whatever you feel more comfortable doing.

under arm you have to as 1 degree. I was told that today at the er and best place to take temperature is rectal.

the rectal is the most accurate... but if you think it's bad you could take him in. never hurts just to make sure you know?

rectal is the most accurate. but axillary works well too. as long as you know to add a degree

Yea I do it under the armpit as well.

@killxj0y, that's how I do it but I don't feel like it's accurate because it said 98.0 but he feels so much hotter than that
