breast feeding moms: dr wants my baby girl to feed 2-3 hrs and she's eating well now but she has several watery diarrhea diapers after. it's not excessive but in small amounts. her bottom is a little red and we are putting cream on her bottom. is this normal with the diarrhea or will it change or is something going on?
How old is your daughter? Breastfed babies often have looser stool. Also, if your daughter is only a few weeks old her poop will look seedy and somewhat watery with a yellow-brown color.
