Do you ladies think 27-30 weeks is too early for a baby shower? I live far away from my family so I have to make a weekend trip just for my baby shower, and I wanted to have it early enough that we could buy whatever we don't get as a gift, but some people are telling me to wait longer /:

I think it's better to have it sooner so you can have more time fixing thinks and then go shopping for the stuff that you need that's what I'm doing I'm holding of on buying stuff cause they give you so much stuff at baby showers and I don't want to buy something that I might end up getting at the shower

I knew I was probably just being stupid for letting it get to me, but I started to freak out thinking that I would have to rearrange so many things (like my BF's mom coming into town) just because other people had told me I was having it way too early. Nope my first one I was 26 weeks and this weekend coming up I'm having my second and I'll be 29 weeks
Perfect timing! I'll be almost 30 weeks when I have mine and people were asking why I'm going it so early... I answered because I'm smart. I see so many women who are stressed and swollen doing everything at the last minute. I have family coming from all over so I want to enjoy it and have the energy to sort through everything.
Lol lucky. I have to wait until I'm 33 weeks. I'd love to have one this month.

Yeah, that's how I feel. I haven't bought a single thing and everyone thinks that's so weird lol But I have a bunch of siblings who've all had kids, and I don't want to have to go through the hassle of returning something if we get doubles or something @no cole021995
