How can I ease breast pain and get rid of the milk in them? I had my baby a few days ago by c section and that pain plus sore breast about to kill me! I don't plan to breast feed at all and don't want my breast to get engorged with milk. Any advice is welcomed!

So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Not saying I don't breast feed but I mainly do it on demand pretty much when I feel my milk filling back up.... ok?
I don't think she gets it. I swear sometimes I just need to renew my policy to not look at the comments in Facebook. I never used to. I don't know why I started. But the ignorance is real.
Help! Plugged Milk Duct!!! It's 4am and baby is sleeping. I have a lump and pain in my left breast near my armpit. What do I do until baby wakes up to nurse? I don't have my pump with me. Anything I can do now? I don't have insurance and I don't want it to get worse!
I feel like my daughter is in pain but obviously can't read her mind... I want to get Tylenol but don't know If I should give it to her BC I don't know for sure if she's in pain.. 😨
