so I have a question what defines a man as daddy I know my opinion but apparently I'm wrong I hate how a man can never be around never pay a cent never see/talk to his child yet act entitled to the name daddy but the man who is always there providing for the child enduring sleepless nights when they are sick and still going to work exhausted is told he has no right to be daddy but in that case what do you do when your child calls him daddy just say sorry your daddy is the man you've never herd from or gotten anything from
I agree with the girls above. my twins bio father hasnt seen them or even tried since they were 6 months old. they are now 2 and a half. My SO and I have been together for over a year and that is who my daughters know as daddy and who deserves to be called daddy. once we get married, he will be adopting them. he takes care of us all financially and is who is physically there taking care of us. I will refer to the twins "father" as just that if I am having to talk to him but I will never refer to him as their dad.
the man whose been there for the child is the one who deserves the title.
see that's how I feel but my family is downing me and being very rude about it and it's starting to confuse my daughter
the man who steps up is the daddy or father. the biological dad will always be biological. but it is up to the child who they consider their dad.
Everyone is in such a tissie about who spanks their child who cares everyone has a difference in opinion you know what I disagree with child leashes I cringe when I see one but I would never attack someone for their choice to use it get over yourself you shoving your opinion down someone’s throat will not change what they decide to do.
Daddy does better?
What does daddy do better than you with your baby or child/ children? If you're pregnant with your first, is there something that you think your SO will do better than you?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Your child and empathy?
What do your children do when they see someone crying or upset? What do you think is normal?
Movie Quote Game!!
What movie is this from?!? (guess it then it's your turn)!
OK so I'm not crazy my daughter Bio father hasn't been in her life since before she was born but my SO has been there for her since she was 3 months and she calls him daddy but my family is trying to get her Bio father back in the picture and it's making me mad because he hasn't even tried to talk to me or her and they are acting like I'm the bad guy because she calls my SO daddy and has no clue who her Bio is
