I was told to eat but not to eat after I drank the drink they give you and not to drink anything.

Thanks ladies! I had to completely fast for mine. So glad I passed cuz I was not looking forward to the 3 hour one.

I was told not to fast for the 1 hr one but I think it is best you do because if you're unlucky like me then you will fail it and have to end up taking the 3 hour one 😑 it's what happened to me cuz I ate before the 1hr one

I was told to fast but there was no way I was doing that since I'm always hungry. I just made sure to eat a big breakfast 3 hours before my appointment like toasts, eggs, orange juice. My doctor told me I passed my test with flying colors.

I ate 2 eggs and a glass of milk 4 hours before my test.

you need to call your dr and ask even if it's the on call I was told to fast with mine

you should eat things like eggs . the protein in them is wonderful

They told me to eat and hr before. Like an omelet with just cheese. Nothing with sugar or carbohydrates. My appointment was at 8 so I ate at 7

you don't need to fast, but don't eat or drink anything with sugar or at least high levels of sugar.
