So at my appointment today my OB just about hurt me to all hell lol just trying to check my cervix. Since his head is right there she has to reach around his head but she was able to feel my cervix. She said she could get a fingertip so I'm 1cm dilated and she also said something that to me sounded like I was completely effaced which I thought was odd if I'm only 1cm. Any who ever since Baby Bear has been bouncing around down by my pelvic area. Makes me think its part him and contractions but if I've learned anything. Contractions mean nothing until your water breaks.

He is fully engaged. Meaning he has dropped and his head is extremely low. My cervix on the other hand are holding strong. Due to his position. It has made it extremely hard to find my cervix opening. My doctor literally had to push my sons head upward just to even feel my cervix and whether it was open or not. @quea
Reach around his head? His head is above you cervix so if she was able to feel the baby's head and had to reach around it then you are way more than 1cm. The baby comes out of your cervix.
