Ok I am terrible at self motivating myself to go for walks. How do you do it? What can I do at home as a start to still exercise while pregnant? Help:/ I need fitness mom friends as well lol

@eve1101, I'm in MD, so I coach people through Beachbody programs online. All workouts are done in the privacy and convenience of your own home. It's worked tremendously well for me after my 2 babies, both still under 2.

@erinflaherty818, where are your fitness groups located?? I am post partum 10 days and although I still have some healing to do before I can excercise I am gearing up mentally for when I am able to start exercising. Are u in nj?

I have dogs so I just tell myself that they need to get out of the house. Honestly, if I didn't have them, I probably wouldn't get out for walks, ever lol. I want to try those prenatal yoga videos too.
