How many of you failed the one hour glucose test but ended up passing the three hour?

I always fail my 1 hour. but always pass a 3 hour. hate those tests

I failed my 1 hour and passed the 3 hour test the 3 hour test drink has way more sugar and definitely sucks sitting there for 3 hour

...... haven't failed once and all I did was eat sweet with my first and this second pregnancy I forgot I had the glucose test and ate some Oreo cream pie and still passed

@crazytoast, the drink is much stronger for the 3 hour. and you have to fast for that one.

failed 1 hour passed 3 hour. they draw blood 4 times. you have to fail 2 of the 3 draws after drink to fail the whole test

@hisprettymama, yeah the waiting part is what I'm definitely not looking forward too.

@naty199613, I think it was because I ended up eating not too soon before, the lady said I failed because it was only "a little high" but that I need to do the longer one to be sure.

@mommyof3andahalf, yeah hopefully that's the part that will help is the fasting because I think that's why I failed the first one.

@deckroth2001, that's crazy, they never told me how many times they would draw blood but just that I have to hang out in the lab all day lol.

once before the drink then the drink then every hour for 3 hours. I asked if I could lay down in my truck in between labs, that was a life savor because the first hour I felt sick @crazytoast
