Any single moms have custody battle with a father who failed to show up at the hospital to sign the birth cert? Any advise... He's harassing me but failing to see my daughter & becomes angry if I ask for anything involving money. He wanted an abortion when I found out I was pregnant & was mainly concerned with Paying child support more than my daughter.

my sons father was like that too, took alot of years and alot of growing up to change his outlook

my husband is no longer around. soon to be divorced. I didn't put his name on the birth certificate and they didn't say anything. I don't think the man who took all the money out of bank account leaving us broke deserves to be in my sons life. it sucks we have to deal with these horrible men.
