so I've been pumping for 3 days and my Breast hurt if I don't pump so much but my baby girl don't drink that much is there something I can do to calm it down?
Try to massage your breast while you pump to help get the milk out. If your nipples hurt you can try coconut oil to lube while you pump or BeauGen's nipple cushions. Also make sure you pump often enough so you don't get any clogged ducts. You're doing a great job mama!!
, but don't stop pumping all together or you'll get plugged ducts which may lead to mastitis. Slowly cut down the number. Slowly!
You'll have more than you need in the beginning. It'll regulate in some weeks.
Pumping keeps the milk flowing. If you have an oversupply, continuous pumping makes it worse. Thats why most lc dont recommend pumping until after 6 weeks when your supply is regulated unless you are strictly pumping and not putting the baby to your breast
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Thank you! really feel like I'm not doing good enough so thank you really makes me feel better @tulegit2quit
