Drain your breasts completely and then use one boob only per feed for 3 hours and then switch to the opposite boob for another 3 hours. It's to help with oversupply to let your body know to not produce too much milk. Week 6, almost 7 and I still have engorged breasts and get plugged ducts often. @jenny_20
Awesome! Glad to hear it is working! As soon as you are seeing results and know your supply is calming down, just be careful to not let it drop too much...your body is already calibrated to produce well so if you feel it is dropping too low, just start feeding on both breasts each feeding again and it should boost right back up within a day or two 😉

Then I have to pump that side or sometimes force him a little to latch on for a few mins atleast
