So my boobs are ROCK hard, my milk is coming in. They hurt so bad and to the point I can't get her to latch on. It's even painful to pump, what can I do??

I used to go in the shower and hand express them. It hurt at first, but would bring relief after a moment. Squeeze 'em out.

Warm compress and massage them/hand express until they aren't so painful. Then I would try pumping or nursing
