I take it. 2 capsules, 3 times a day. It increased my supply a lot within 3 days.. One thing, my arm pits smell like maple syrup.. Lol! It's what artificial maple syrup is made out of.

I heard it can cause gas in baby... Read the warning labels because some say right on it not to use while breastfeeding, go figure!

Fenugreek is great for milk supply, mine wasn't gassy so not sure about tgat
