Anyone have clue what this rash is its only on my stomach and boobs

Can you get a better picture? Are they raised, itchy bumps? If so, it looks like what I get when I have an allergic reaction to certain things.

don't scratch it out will go away I had the same thing

My ob says he's never seen it to see my family doctor.. Idk what its is but its really irritating!! and itches like crazy!!!

Maybe the PUPP rash?
