Can you get a better picture? Are they raised, itchy bumps? If so, it looks like what I get when I have an allergic reaction to certain things.

My ob says he's never seen it to see my family doctor.. Idk what its is but its really irritating!! and itches like crazy!!!

Maybe the PUPP rash?
