I've lost over 100 lbs by walking 4 miles a day and now I'm pregnant. I know it is expected that I'll gain a few pounds, but do you ladies think walking 4 miles is excessive now?
@emkasting, I agree. I do have a habit of pushing myself, but now that I'm pregnant if I get tired, I'll just walk back home lol
I've been walking at least 4 miles every other day my whole pregnancy! As log as you don't over exert yourself you can continue :)
Thank you ladies ❤@ginnalynn @ashalay88 I know what you mean. Some days the thought of walking makes me sleepy lol
I was doing 4 miles before I got pregnant too, lost 50, Dr told me as long as I was feeling it to continue! I cut down and now I walk maybe a mile and a half now. I'm too exhausted to go four miles. Lol. Anyway congratulations!
Yeah, pregnant woman in the military walk 2miles and we do like steps and squats
@mommygreene, I agree. I think I will bump it down to 2 miles. Lately I've had shortness of breath, so that might be best.
Thank you @jenidoll I just didn't want to be doing too much lol
My doctor restricted me to 2miles (in the military so I still have to do pregnancy workouts)
Thank you so much! @greenlandbroker @savannahapaigebridges
Walked a mile, ate pineapple.... And about to drink raspberry tea! I better at least open up now! 😩
Hubby won’t put out and I want baby here now!
Suggestions for what sent you into labor. I walked 2 miles today. Tons of squats...
No caster oil! I won’t go that rout....
I walked a mile today now I'm having cramps and diarrhea.. Idk if I should go to the hospital or wait it out
Had a nice walk with hubby tonight walked about 1 1/2 miles hoping to go walking everyday this week and next time walk 2 miles and eventually 4. Hopefully our princess will be here by Sunday. Fingers crossed🙏
i wonder if i walk a mile if ill dialate more
Keep a bottle of cold water on you when you're walking, that seemed to help me :)
